The Institute of Hygiene and Medical Microbiology of the Faculty of Medicine of the Technical University of Dresden carried out - from May to July 2014 - technical and microbiological tests on the use of the MultiSteril multifunction tank from Tecno-Gaz with the Tecno-Gaz Ctrl Alt liquid line (MultiSteril CD).
Extensive tests have proven the effectiveness of washing and disinfecting the device in combination with MultiSteril CD. In fact, the requirements of the European standard EN 15883 are met here, which establishes the specific requirements for washing and disinfection devices (WDS).
These must achieve the same level of cleanliness as guaranteed by thermal cleaning and disinfection.
Composition (100 g):
• 7.0 g Laurylpropylenediamine
• 3.5 g Dodecyldipropylenetriamine
• 2.2 g Alkylpropylenediamineguanidine
• Remains up to 100g: emulsifiers, complexing agents, surfactants, deionized water.
